Hello from newbie in staffs

Hi there

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself
I'm 39 and have suffered for years with anxiety. I have only recently opened up about this and started treatment.
Mainly I have anxiety attacks at night where I feel totally overwhelmed. I also suffer with dizzy spells and feeling unattached, which today has resulted in me having to leave work as I was start ing to feel faint...this ironically has now triggered anxiety over fear of losing my job.

Hi Missgee And :welcome: to NMP I too am from staffs :) I don't suffer from Anxiety as much as some on here, but have to deal with daily depression which is just as bad! hope you can find some respite to your problems Cheers
