Hi All

One of my ways of keeping busy and taking my mind off things is baking and cooking. Here's some pictures of my latest creations - Jamaican Lamb Patties (similar to pasties but with just meat and a lot spicier!).

Ten quid an hour, I'm good you know!

I couldn't work in a kitchen in a restaurant though, I like to make things in my own time and the stress of a busy posh kitchen would be the end of me!!!
