Does anyone ever get neon blue/purple tiny flecks in their vision? I've had this for about 3 years but since my anxiety has flared up over thinking I have a form of epilepsy I am now thinking this could be related? I see them when my eyes are closed too and when I rub my eyes what could this be?

Probably just nerve impulses. Nothing to worry about.

You're spiralling right now. You've been exposed to a lot of logic and reassurance today. Try to use some of that and challenge these nasty thoughts.

They're called phosphenes, and they're caused by mechanical stimulation of the nerve cells within your retina. Everyone gets them, and they have absolutely nothing to do with epilepsy.
