For those that haven't checked out the FREE CBT programme CBT4panic

I just wanted to point out that it is very user friendly - it is not a lot of heavy psycho babble

I have illustrated every step with cartoons

It really won't take you long to read over everything and you will learn a lot about anxiety and how to deal with it.

Without doubt the CBT4Panic course has been best therapy for my anxiety that I have had. I’ve previously tried one to one, group and NHS on-line courses and nothing has worked like the completely free CBT4Panic.org course. I just wished I’d found it earlier. Give it a try and work through the workbooks in order, using the online videos to guide you, they are frankly brilliant :D
