Hi there.
I've been very worried about a hard mass going up my neck from my collarbone. It's fixed, painless and quite big. The doctor referred me for an x ray and I've had blood tests.
She said the intention, along with a thyroid ultrasound, was to rule out my worries.
The blood test and x ray were normal.
Would a chest X Ray have detected a cancer around the collarbone? I thought only a biopsy was the way to rule out lymphoma?
I still have to wait for my ultrasound.
I'm pleased and eased by these results, but wanted further reassurance on what it all means.
