Food poisining from dirty cutlery?

Accidentally ate using some cutlery at home that had some dried on tomato pasta sauce(?) from dishwasher I think. Could have been in the drawer for days-weeks brewing. Definitely swallowed some as it had turned to liquid on the fork.

Supposed to be going on a holiday in a couple of weeks that is already stressing me out about being ill for and I have been so careful and now I have cocked it up with this. :wall:

Terrified about food poisining. Listeria, e-coli, salmonella, all with very inconvenient incubation periods and symptoms. What to do. :sad:

Frankly I don't see this as an issue. It's some dried tomato sauce. AND, it's been there for a while. If it were something nasty, don't you think it would have been covered in some new breed of penicillin by now? ;)
