View Full Version : zoos and agoraphobia
just wanted to say that i managed 2 huge zoos in one week with my beloved family.i have real problems at these places and the stress from the second visit made me physically sick later on.but i did it! i took my 6 yr old on a steam train round whipsnade animal park and no one who was with us had the slighteset idea i was agoraphobic.anyway i am just pleased to be able to fight off the desire to bury myself in a quilt and be with my lovely family for days out...................ade x
oh thats really great... its so good to just get out there and prove to ourselves we can do it every now and again... well done you
