headaches and face tingling !

hi all,I have had chronic daily headaches for as long as i can remember, so I don'ttend to worry about them being anything serious.However, recentlyI've started getting very mild pains in my head sometimes on the top, sometimes at the side.The pain, albeit very mild can last anything from a fewseconds to several minutes.This is sometimes accompanied by a tingling orskin crawling sensation down one side of my face.Whilst not unpleasant it isvery strange.Do you get these symptons ??I'm sure i've read that these are common anxiety symptons, however becausethere new to me and I do get light headed quite alot i'm slowly convincingmyself that a brain tumour is just around the corner!!!Why do we do it eh??Thanks in advance for any comments :-)

im having this at the moment, i have a bunged up nose, hayfever i think it is, but i keep getting a tingle in my head., it varys what side its on, it hasnt happened 2day but ive had dizzys 2day aswell, im thinking the same as u, but apparently its not the symptoms.

Hi you 2, this is my first reply post and hope I can help.

When I had severe anxiety after I had my son, I felt light headed and my face went all tingly and my lips and nose felt numb, Speaking to the doctor they confirmed it was typical panicky feelings and probably due to the fact that I was not breathing properly, I took slow deep breaths (holding for 4 seconds) and then exhaled, after a little while I felt much better.

and Nigel I have only joined today, and joined because like you I think a brain tumour is not far away.
