Jerking awake

I just had this since yesterday afternoon, every single time I start to drift off...boom! Jerk/twitch/jolt awake. I've managed about 3 hours sleep last nite with it.

Anyone else experience this?

Yes, I've had this. It's really not fun, but it's pretty common with anxiety. Are you getting any help with it from doctors?

Same thing from me. It's scary for sure but to see how many people with HA have this same thing really puts my mind at ease. You're definitely not alone.
