Painless cankar sore?

Hi everyone. Just noticed what looks like a cankar sore only it's painless. It's just inside my cheek near the entrance to my mouth if that makes any sense. So kinda by the canine.

I thought cankar sores were supposed to hurt? :huh:

Anyone else had painless cankar mouth sore things? Kinda panicking over it.

I get those all the time, and even have one right now. They come and go without incident.

I get them quite often, but they always hurt like crazy

Thanks for the replies, I've had them before and they've always hurt. Was just wondering about this one as there is no pain with it and I thought they were supposed to hurt.
