Terrified of this shoulder and chest pain

Have had Gerd for a while now but the last number of weeks I have been noticing aches and pains in my chest area below collar bone on both sides which go through my shoulders and can include neck pains too

Reading google (I know never a good idea) they all point to sopmething serious if a few weeks.

Now im super paranoid about this - never smoked etc but always pretty stressed and sitting at desks alot

Anyone know what else can cause these symptoms? (Can Gerd do this?)

I have this too and I feel pain in my chest...don't know if the two are perhaps related! It's below the collar bone...maybe it's radiating pain from the burning in your windpipe? Do you feel like when you have reflux you have to swallow a lot? Are you tensing your neck when you do this as that can affect the shoulders too I think.. What sort of pain is it? Do you think it's more muscular from being tense and anxious?
