Someone please help. Had severe nausea everyday for the last couple weeks...feel a sick feeling in mouth and sore tummy. Thought I was going to throw up a few times and I am not pregnant, I am a 29 yo female and just need some reassurance and guidance. What can help? Can anxiety cause this as it is so debilitating...love to all. Sarah
