i eat something, i cant breathe, i sit down, i cant breath
i always feel sensations in my face. i dont know how to breathe, i always feel my stomach, every day.
im tired of taking deep breathes. im tired of feeling these anxiety symptoms, im tired of waking up in pain and being tense 24/7
