Intestine blockage?

Sorry for tmi...I couldnt go to the toilet before and now I'm having a weird pain all down my left side (back and front) whenever I try. It also feels like pressure when I push down on that side of my abdomen, feels like I constantly need to pass wind too. I'm super scared this is a blockage or something and can't sleep now.

Are you passing gas? Do you have gas sounds? Intestinal blockages are very painful and you would definitely be in the er in excruciating pain not posting on an anxiety biard
