Please reply asap! Getting a panic on

So basically at the back of my neck where the spine begins a bit up from that basically under your skull that bit
I. can feel the bone and next to it I can feel another little bone but I can't feel one on the other side so is it a lymph node :( please help me I am getting so panicky

You're fine. It's just anxiety playing tricks on you. Our bodies are not perfectly symmetrical. Feeling something on one side of your body that feels larger/smaller/different than the same spot on the other side of your body doesn't mean anything.
