Pins and needles in feet when I get out of bed

Hi

Anyone have pins and needles every morning when I wake up for literally two steps! Then it goes!

Also keep getting burning sensations in hand and over my lip feeling like sun burnt

Keep wondering what this is! Feeling worried

I get pins and needles in the morning when I step out of bed on the soles of my feet it goes after I have walked around for a minute or so. I think its just bad circulation nothing to be worried about just because our legs have been up all night and the blood is rushing back into them :) xx

Thank you I feel better knowing I'm not on my own, it's only started two weeks ago it's been making my anxiety worse xx
