Pelvic pain. Worried about OC

I went to the Dr about ovulation pain and she is sending me for a pelvic ultrasound and blood test. Over the past week my pelvic pain has got worse and I don't usually have it at this point in my cycle. Now I'm terrified about ovarian cancer.
Waiting for tests is so scary. I've also been experiencing horrible fatigue and exhaustion lately, I just never feel well.
