O.C.D thoughts ruining happiness

Does anyone have a sitution where they imagine a scenario like your imagination is playing out stuff like your seeing it in the future - but then you worry that its going to happen.

This is really upsetting me, some i get are just ruining my happiness, please tell me others out there get this.:)

Sorry to hear that these thoughts are making you unhappy, thoughts do like to play games with us, i too often always run things through my mind and the outcome is always the worst scenerio:ohmy:
