Hi, does anybody feel strange feeling in theyr tongue. Like its numb, long and causing problems when sleeping? How to get rid of it?:huh:

Getting rid of your tongue is rather extreme ;)

But in all seriousness in my experiences it's when we hyper focus on something that makes it feel that way. Ultimately it's going to be a case of stop focusing on it and it will go away. It's practically impossible to tell yourself not to think of something but when the thoughts come it's important to accept them and let them pass on through as fleeting thoughts rather than getting hung up on them.
