Hi Everyone,
I have a dark mole on the inside of my lower lip, I got it checked out by a dermatologist a few years ago and he gave me a name of what it was and said it very rarely becomes anything to worry about so just leave it and if I wanted it removed it would only be for cosmetic reasons. He also told everyone to ask the dental hygienist to keep measure of it when I get my teeth cleaned and if it grows to go back and see him. The hygienist measured in July and said it had not grown. Just today though it looks like it has grown to me. I am going to make a dermatologist appt. if I have it removed, can the same mole grow back? Or is it gone forever when I have it removed?
