i can't get over it, had it for years.

solipsism is the idea that only your mind exists and that it is kind of hallucinating everything up. i honestly do agree that it is irrational but the ocd will not let go of it really.

I suffer from a degree of this. Mine goes around the idea that my boyfriend isn't real. He stood next to my brother and my brother looked more real than him. I didn't understand it, i had to touch my boyfriend in the arm a bunch of times so i knew he was real. He's aware i have OCD and anxiety so he didn't question it, he just held onto me so i could calm down. Still.. very scary.

I don't think it's really a good video regarding solipsism. The guy gets a lot of things wrong about solipsism. If you wanna help people, you need quality content rather than a video with multiple logical fallacies and bad assumptions.
