New issue driving me insane

Anyone else feel like they can't take a deep breath?

I know it is anxiety and it is not really worrisome as it is annoying. My lungs hurt from taking so many deep breaths!

But I also feel like I am not getting enough air with those deep breaths. It is driving me crazy.

Yes. There's quite a few threads about this. I ended up in A&E a few weeks ago with it and they did all sorts of tests, ECG and a chest Xray and found nothing and said its anxiety. I've had it for coming on 3 months now and it's horrible.
