hey all i suffer with panic attacks and have done for 5yrs now and it has taken over my life i cant do anything that i want to do and im only 23yrs old i have a 20mth old son, luckly i have and excellent partner who helps me out, he's my angel at times.
i feel that if i got help sooner i wouldnt be in such a mess i would be working, driving and generally alot happy and so would my family.

Firstly you're VERY LUCKY to have a supportive partner that helps and understands you.

Have you been to the doctors, had therapy or taken medication, are you able to do "normal" things? My goodness, sorry for all the questions...
