A stray dog bit me 26 days ago. the dog is still healthy today. could the dog has transferred rabies virus to me at the time of bite incident. I am from India?

No... the dog came up from behind and startled you as per your previous post. (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=207953) You weren't bitten and you don't have rabies.

Your previous post states the dog startled you and you were asking if the dog could have bitten you without you knowing? The answer to this is.. you would know if a dog had bitten you, a dog bite hurts and for rabies to have been transmitted the dog would have had to have broken your skin and you would have bled. Its irrational thinking caused by anxiety. You will be fine :bighug1:
