For the past few weeks I have had a horrible lack of appetite. At first I thought it was all just anxiety, but it seems.to be progressing to actual nausea and even dry heaving if I try to eat in the morning. I can't see a GP for another 2 months, but had blood work done at the ER. It all came back normal. The doctor said that maybe I should get my thyroid tested.
Has anyone else had persistent nausea with their anxiety? I mean, dry heaving even when you aren't having a panic attack? Thanks so much.
