Horrible cold with back ache

So I have a very bad cold. Runny nose, sore throat, chesty cough and just all headachy. My back also hurts like near my ribs and all day I've been thinking it's my kidneys or I've got lung failure going on or something. I just don't know what to think or do. Will it run its course and be ok?

As you said... you have a horrible cold with a back and body aches. That's all it is. Take some OTC relief and ride it out. That old saying is true... It takes a week to catch a cold, a week to have it and a week to get over it.
