our lovely neighbour,17 yr old jason tragically drowned on saturday
swimming on a hot day in the river lune.i spoke to him virtually everyday,he was a lovely lad,friendly with my little girl and megan sobbed last night after walking past the sea of flowers that is now there by the river.the st is really shocked,he was just such a lovely boy.we will miss him dearly and the fact is,he wont be there anymore in his front garden pottering about with his bike.seeing his mother leap the back fence and run to the river will stay with me a long long time,as will the sound of his mum sobbing into the night,

jason was born on the 15 febuary 1990 and died 9 june 2007 at 17 years old. jason was the last of 3 and the 1 to go.he was 1 in a million, i am so proud of him and he made me proud. i will miss his cheeky smile and his bike. i am proud to be his mum.love and miss you always. till we meet again love you. love mum.
