Hi im 37 years of age and a single mum to 2 kids. I have suffered from gad,anxiety,panic disorder and agoraphobia since i was 21 and recently suffered a relapse of symptoms.
Its nice to know im not alone in suffering and hopefully things will get better in time.:yesyes:
