Constant shaking

Does anyone get this with Anxiety.

I can literally shake from the inside uncontrollably and don't know how to stop it.
I am going back to work tomorrow after 2 months off with Anxiety related issues and don't know how I am going to hide it.

Sorry nobody responded to your post. I haven't been on here for a very long time. It seems maybe there are not as many active members. I hope starting back to work went well for you. When I am under high anxiety I feel like I am vibrating. I cannot hide it. One thing that I have noticed though is my symptoms get better if I am truly focused on my work.
