I picked up a yucky cold last week and it's still hanging on. There's also a heatwave and heat warnings for the past week here. I am a recovering alcoholic (73 days) and I've barely slept or eaten. My heart rate goes from 48bpm laying down and resting to 120-130 in panic mode. I am light headed when i stand up. It's difficult for me to breath thru my nose. I'm tired but can't sleep and if I do I wake up in a sweat. My ocd is making me Google everything and I can't seem to find and hold onto one happy thought. I'm getting scared to eat because i start to eat and I then feel like my throat muscles stop working and I can't swallow. My lower back is aching. And all this is the past week. I just want to cry. I can't handle this anymore. I am so worried all these symptoms are heart failure. I wish I could just drink again and take away all these feelings and just be numb. Will I ever be normal? :weep:
