Oh dear. For the past 2 days I've noticed breast milk coming out of My left breast. It's like a pin sized amount and if I squeeze it really hard more pin sized amount will come out. Help! I'm not pregnant and only have been twice before and both were ectopic and resulted in loss of both of my fallopian tubes. I am 36 years old. Recovering alcoholic (73 days) been dealing with insane amounts of stress and panic. Taking 1/4 of a valium every other day or so. Worried it's something sinister. Thanks for any feedback ladies.

Sometimes you can have lactation from a hormone imbalance. Maybe a trip to the doc to check hormone levels?

If I squeeze my right nipple I can get this milky stuff out of one area.

I'll check it out with the doctor. With agoraphobia it makes trips out difficult. It's like a circus in my head. Only way I can describe it. Monkey loose and shitting all over the place. But I'd like to see what's going on. So I guess the doctors is the place to go. Thanks.
