Does anyone else have food reactions ?
I had one tiny crisp (I was trying a new flavour and foolishly looked at the ingredients too late) and didn't realise it had carob in it. I reacted almost instantly and am now panicking about how long the 'half life' is of such ingredients. It affects the heart rate etc. Mine has returned to normal but the anxiety levels have risen and I dare not move until I take some medication in a while.
