Collarbone breast pain

Had shooting and stabby pains in left breast just under collarbone alllll day. It's really getting to me. Now I've just had a mini panic attack as I feel like I can't feel my hands in front of me, kind of like derealisation I think which I've never had :( anyone had this?

Probably postural. And yep have had depersonalisation or whatever it's called. Used to happen to my arm and face/scalp.
