Ik its getting close to the end of the year already (3 months left) but I still want to set a few goals
Typing them out will just make me feel better

1.get help for my anxiety/mental issues
2.start fasting and eating healthy again
3. Get into yoga or meditation
4.be in a better state of mind
5. Get out of the house go outside more
6.exercise (running, and other stuff)

Feel free to write your goals down too

Hello :) I love my lists. Good to write them down. Only thing I'd say, and this is just based on myself, is not to aim for too much all in one go. When I do I start to feel overwhelmed and don't stick at things. Looking at your list I'd be thinking maybe one or two of those goals would be a big achievement in 3 months - if you focused on starting yoga say and also eating a bit healthier. That'd have a really positive effect on your state of mind and likely make you want to get outside more. I got a puppy a short time ago and have been walking him loads, which has got me out the house and I'm eating better I think cause of exercising and my moods have improved (I'm told by my partner! lol). I don't bark myself in the mornings any more apparently.

Great goals!
I have a few also!
1. Follow through with cbt starting in October to beat this awful anxiety monster
2. Eat healthier and cut out most processed junk
3. Walk as a family 4-5 days a week
Hopefully 2018 will be a better year for all of us!
