Hello me again...
yesterday I woke up with a really painful stiff neck, it seemed to ease some irony the day but last night and this morning it really hurts, my head is hurting as well and I feel sick. I've never had a painful neck like this before. Should I make a doctors trip? I'm thinking meningitis and brain tumors and I can't stop. I'm so worried and scared right now
