Sternum twitching

Good evening all, well it's been a while but it's back the anxiety about every little thing. Today I have been experiencing a twitching, like a bubbly, heart beat feeling in my sternum, it lasts seconds then goes. It's not palpitations as I also experience them. Has anyone else experienced this sensation, I've become increasingly anxious during the day because of this.
