I get this feeling in my stomach nervous drop sensation that moves up the body can sometimes make me feel weak, faint, heart beat weird, panicky it last for about 1/2 mins.

Yes I get this too. Quite hard to describe but you managed :)
It feels like an overload of adrenaline and I've been told it probably is.

What you're describing is common symptoms of anxiety and panic.

I have the "drop" feeling too when panic hits. I'm certain that most people here do too. So you're not alone at least :)
