Hi all,
Does anyone else get this, i will be drifting off to sleep and wake up gasping for breath. Its terrifying and really getting me down. I quit smoking over 12 months ago and found relief from it for a few months... now its back :( Does anyone know what causes it?
I have seen a cardiologist and been diagnosed with Atrial Tachycardia and seen a respiritory consultant as i get shortness of breath (not same time as palpitations) tested negative for asthma. Im at a loss. Anyone else get the same thing at night? X
