Can I be focusing on a symptom so much that I in turn give myself that symptom? I’ve been worried about getting head rushes, or moments of quick light headedness that go away as quick as they come on again. And last night while laying in bed I started feeling light headed, only this one came on a bit slower and seemed like it was building, like my head got really fuzzy feeling. Does anyone else ever get this?
Side note, I just stopped taking Sertraline (tapered off) about three months ago, I don’t know if I’d be feeling the effects this far after though. Any advice at all would be amazing!!
