Sore spot on head

Anyone ever get a sore spot on their scalp? Looks normal apparently but pressing on the area is really sore. :shrug:

Hi yes right at the top, if that makes sense. Nothing there but very sensitive! Had it for mamy, many years! xx

Yes, especially when I've been anxious. Although one of my theories is that I could possibly have burnt it with hairdryer but just tuned into this more when worked up x
