Hi everyone , I have a very specific issue of anxiety relating to the workplace or other situations where I am in a social situation and in the spotlight. I have medicated myself as a coping mechanism for 20 years but I really want to cure the root cause . I hope this forum and the community can help. Glad to be connected to you all.
