Day time Valerian

Hi does anyone know if you can get valerian for the day time as I'm sure that I have read about it somewhere. I'm just curious about taking it for my forth coming flight rather than vallium. Cheers FLOYD

You can get it out of Boots and it is called just that 'Valerian day'

Thanks for the info, has anyone took it before? does it make you feel drowsy? Can you drink alcohol whilst taking it?

I have taken it and no it did not make me drowsy and I didn't stop drinking alcohol.

Cheers for the info. Right next and last question on the subject I've just started taking SJW again does anyone know or has had experience of taking SJW with either low dosage Vallium or Valerian (both low dosage for plane journey). Cheers FLOYD

Best ask a pharmacist or herbalist as I know you can't take SJW with most anti depressants but I don't know about a tranquiliser.
