Instant sweating

My son woke up to what could be his first Charlie horse. Woke up screaming and yelling his leg hurt. My reaction the moment I sat up in bed hearing his screams was to profusely sweat my neck and forehead was dripping by the time I got to him. It's a fresh night so heat was not the cause of this. My left shoulder and chest hurt, and now my stmach is cramping like I'll have a loose bm. Panic??

My son as fast as the crying came in an instant he was back to sleep like nothing happened.

It's a panic attack and totally understandable under the circumstances.
