Will a lump in mouth as I've found one in left side of cheek get bigger if touched . Also I checked my mouth and i have two lumps now .. since yesterday could I of done that by keep touching panicking it's big c spreading. I have slot of pain that side of mouth and wisdom tooth. Thanks in advance
