I stupidly decided to go digging in my collar bone, and I felt down and down and it feels like a bump, not like a usual gland so I'm not sure if it is a gland.
It feels more like muscle it goes all the way up to my neck but at the bottom it feels so lumpy and hard? Is this normal muscle?

You have supraclavicular lymph nodes burried in the collarbone region and these can be worrisome in certain situations. but from what you describe i can't really get a good picture of what you're feeling. lymph nodes are small bean shaped glands they can be rather soft or hard, moveable or stuck in place, painful or painless, they can also rapidly grow in size and this is one thing that concerns people is when the node keeps growing.if you believe its a gland go for an ultrasound that will confirm it if it is a node, but evem if its a node that doesn't mean you have anything serious wrong with you.

It was just muscle in the end, thanks though :)
