Repetitive Intrusive thoughts

Hi,

Does anyone suffer from intrusive thoughts? If so what type of symptoms do you get?

Ive been suffering from this for some time now but the past 3 weeks its been intense, would be nice to hear from people with similar problems and how thry deal with it.

Hi Paul,

I would suggest you look at the OCD board. Since I joined it's newly always about intrusive thoughts. The HA board has a lot of it too just about health themes.
