Self harm forums?

Hi,

I need to know if there are any self harm support groups in North Wales or Chester for someone i know to attend. I can't find anything on the net.

Do any of you know of such support groups?

Or can you give me the website for a UK based self harm forum where i can ask?

I don't know of any support groups specifically for self-harm in your area - there are various anxiety support groups dotted about the country which cover a range of people so this may be your best bet.

The National Phobics Society website is useful for this kind of thing - the groups they list are are independent so try this link http://www.phobics-society.org.uk/selfhelpgroups.php

Looking at the Mind website, they have branches in Chester and Flintshire so it may be worth trying to contact them
