View Full Version : Panic is back
I am really cheesed off at the moment. Felt so relaxed then yesterday when my boss sat down and went through some work with me - Felt hot and dizzy and went red and couldnt breathe and I could literally feel the adrenaline in my body making me feel shaky and couldnt breathe. i sipped water throughout our meeting and pinched myself to distract myself and got through it but felt so tearful after - why or why has it returned? Hello Wenjoy,
The first time I had symptoms after no pa's for ages made me feel so dejected. Then when I had a full blown pa which lasted all through the night, I really felt as though it was all going to start again and I was back to square one.
But I wasn't back at square one, because I did the same thing as you - I got through it and survived another day.
That's the most important fact you must hang on to, not the negative part of thinking you had a pa in the first place.
You did really well - and will the next time, if indeed there is a next time.
OK you tripped, but you didn't fall over and graze your knees - you regained your balance and carried on. The tears were the emotional outlet of doing that.
I felt much the same just last week when we had the auditor in - now it's this week and he's gone and it's all over :yesyes: !!
Big hugs for you

If you had never moved forward you wouldn't recognise a setback!http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_27_20.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZCxdm594YYGB)
