Anxiety and fatigue

Does anyone else feel really really sleepy a lot of the time? I'm wondering if it's from the constant anxiety, overthinking etc? I feel like I never have any energy and just want to sleep all the time.

Yes, I am very much like this at the moment. That and the foggy head / off balance feelings are my biggest anxiety problems. I just want to feel energetic and motivated but all I want to do is curl up in bed all day.
