My toe tingles

Woke up this morning and notice that the toe next to my pinky toe tingles when I walk. Over the past few weeks I have had a dull ach in my leg behind my knee. It comes and goes. Yesterday it was bothering me. Today the dull ache is gone but I have this tingle sensation in my toe. Do you think this from a pinched nerve?

No, I've had a pinched nerve and it's excruciating. It's pain you wouldn't be able to miss. It sounds as if you've just strained your muscle or ligament a bit.
